Do you buy licenses from us and need them fast? Follow these tips to getting licenses back quickly M-F 9-7pm CST.

The solution is easy. Purchase your license orders separately from all other orders. If you have more then a license in your cart the automation process will not work.

Paying by Check? No problem. Your license will be processed after completed payment.

In most cases, orders placed before 2pm CST are shipped the same day pending payment verification. Please note that shipments placed on Friday's/Holiday's after 2pm will ship the next business day. If you have a specific request please call or email first before placing your order.

If you purchase other items in addition to the Collection, we must manually upgrade your account. To view your status, go to "My Account" and you will see when your access expires. In order to view your Expiration Date you must first Log in. Now, find the 'my account' tab within the navigation menu under the logo. The expiration date will be displayed down to the minute.

In order to save a new password you will need to edit your account details and change the password. Make sure to click SAVE. The password from the reset email expires in 24hrs if not changed.
