ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY AFTER 2PM CST, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY WILL SHIP OUT THE NEXT AVAILABLE BUSINESS DAY.
Please do not select Next Day Shipping for these days as they will not be delivered.

US:
-We offer a variety of shipping options. Our shipping partners are UPS and USPS

UPS: We offer both AM/PM Next Day, 2 Day, 3 day and Ground service
USPS: We offer first class shipping

CANADA:
UPS- We offer Standard (~10-14days) and UPS Saver (Next Day)
USPS-We offer USPS Global Express (2-3 Days)

*When choosing a shipping method to CANADA please note that we have the best luck with customs and duties when using UPS Saver and USPS Global Express. We do not use UPS for PO BOXES. All Duties and Taxes are to be paid by the customer. Duramaxtuner.com can not be held responsible for delays, taxes or duties.

This certificate verifies that our domain name is transmitting sensitive data securely. If you don't feel like ordering online you may phone your payment details in after you place the order online. -All credit card charges will be made in US dollars. If outside USA please email or call us as our credit processor only allows US/Canada payments. We DO accept paypal payments on request. Again, during checkout select check/money order then email or call us to complete your order. Please have your order # handy to expedite your request.

CHARGE BACK FEES:
-Order placed but not shipped = 5% charge back fee.
