Stock Trans - Stock Turbo DSP5 ECM
Do you like the idea of custom tuning, but have no intention of tuning your own truck? Duramaxtuner.com is now offering custom programmed ECM's built to meet customer specifications. All you have to do is fill out the form below, and supply us with your VIN number. We'll ship you an ECM that's built to make the most of your parts combination. These ECM's offer five custom tunes which you can switch through while driving. Switch is included in the unit price.
Replacing the ECM on these trucks is a simple straightforward process. On most truck, simply remove the trans controller from the radiator shroud (2x 10mm bolts), disconnect the cam-lock connectors, and pop the ECM out.

1. Optimized Stock Tune
- Smoother power delivery like stock but optimized for economy.
2. Heavy Tow Tune
- 40hp loads over 8000 lbs
3. Light Tow Tune
- 60hp. Turbine brake for 2005 and newer trucks under 8000 lbs
4. Sport Economy Tune
- 80hp. Great mileage for daily drivers. Smooth everything. Not for towing
5. Stock Trans Race Tune
- 100hp. If this tune is abused it will shorten parts life. Run when you know your ready to build your trans and don't expect the trans to live forever with this tune.
LBZ/LMM Specs
1. Optimized Stock Tune
