Injector Honing - Exergy Injectors

The only injectors we trust with our trucks. Tested and retested to the highest industry standards, Exergy injectors are engineered to deliver consistent results every time you drive you vehicle. This product includes Baseline testing, Cleaning, nozzle baseline flow and tip swap, Nozzle hone to desired flow level, Final test and balance.

30% over stock injectors are ideal for a truck owner looking to hit the mid 600 rwhp range, but keep drivability, low EGT's, and low smoke output. These injectors will be more than a stock turbo can handle, and complement a aftermarket turbo in the 63-66mm range.

45% over stock injectors are an upgrade designed for guys looking to maximize their stock bottom end while maintaining excellent driveability. With adequate turbocharging and fuel pump components, these injectors will supply enough fuel to crest the 700 RWHP mark.  A great addition to one our drop in replacement turbos.  We highly recommend using either a 10mm pump or Dual Fueler kit to supply these injectors. Significant tuning adjustments are necessary.

60% over stock injectors are a serious upgrade designed for guys pushing the envelope on stock bottom ends or for guys with built engines who lean toward good driveability. With adequate turbocharging and fuel pump components, these injectors will supply enough fuel to crest the 800 RWHP mark.  They're a very popular upgrade to our twin turbo kits. This is the best balance for a 700-800RWHPtruck that still sees a lot of street duty.  A strong unit that still has good street manners.  We highly recommend using either a 10/12mm pump or Dual Fueler kit to supply these injectors. Significant tuning adjustments are necessary. 

100% over stock injectors are purpose driven injectors meant for competition oriented trucks with built engines. With adequate turbocharging and fuel pump components, these injectors will supply enough fuel to crest the 1,100 RWHP mark. This is the largest injector we would recommend on a street driven truck. We highly recommend using either a 12mm pump or Dual Fueler kit to supply these injectors. Significant tuning adjustments are necessary.

*An additional charge will be required if injectors do not pass testing: $368.00 per injector for 5.9L ,and $445.00 for 6.7L that needs to be replaced or if new injectors are requested, or $83.00 per injector if new tips are required.
