• You can then remove your ECM/TCM and use the provided shipping label to ship it out
• Once HP Tuners receives it they will do the unlock process which takes 3-5 business days
• Once your ECM/TCM is unlocked they will ship it back to you
• You will then be ready to install them back into your vehicle to read/write from there
