Q: Why did I not get my full transmission core refund?
Transmission cores have many moving parts, with that being said those parts need to be in working order to get your full core refund back. Things like burnt clutches will not affect your core refund. However things such as cracked, damaged, or missing parts will result in a core deduction at CPS discretion.
For a full rundown on the core process and deductions please check the document listed below.
Q: What is your DT Series Transmission Warranty?
You can find our full breakdown on our transmission warranty HERE
Q: What is a transmission warranty card?
A transmission warranty card is a card you fill out and both keep for your records, and send back with your transmission core.
That way when your transmission arrives we know right away who the core belongs to and can get your refund back to you as quickly as possible. As well as activate the warranty on your DT Series transmission.

Q: Do you offer consultations?
Sure do! You can chat with us via messenger, by phone, or better yet, come in and sit down with Chris, Joey, or April, and they can get a game plan together for you! Consultations are free and casual. No appointment is needed.
Q: Do I need to flush my new DT Transmission?
YES!!
Flushing the lines and coolers of your truck is mandatory before installing your new DT Series Transmissions.
Failure to flush out your lines and coolers can cause premature failure and will void your warranty.
Calibrated Power Solutions will not cover parts, labor, or shipping charges if a transmission is sent in for warranty analysis if we find transmission debris from your previous transmission.
