Q: Information Collection and Use

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Our web server uses 256-bit encryption during checkout for a safe, secure online ordering experience. You will notice an 'https' secure connection in the browser bar once you begin checkout. (SSL Certificate). No credit data is ever stored on our servers.
Q: CORE POLICY
- A core is the old unit that is being replaced by a new or rebuilt item.
- To receive a refund on the core charge, the old unit must be returned to us within 10 days in working condition.
- All cores are tested as we receive them. Damaged or dead cores are not refunded.
- Core Charge Timeline: Return your core to us within 30 days. Once we receive your core and it has been tested, your credit card will be refunded.
Q: PAYMENTS
All credit card charges are to be made in US dollars. If outside the USA please email or call us as our credit processor only allows US/Canada payments.

Q: CREDIT CARD REFUND DISCLAIMER
Merchants (Calibrated Power Solutions Inc.) are charged a percentage every time a card is processed. Please make sure your order is correct before finalizing payment. A 2.5% processing fee applies to any refunds whether or not a product has been shipped. By submitting an order, you declare you have read and accepted all the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of your purchase. Thank You.
Q: RESTOCKING FEES
Certain manufacturers (PPE, Edge) have an "all sales final" policy and the manufacturer will only warranty these items directly. Special order items can not be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies to all other products. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. This keeps our costs (and thus prices) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. If you buy something and then return it, we have to deal with more costs to handle the return. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
