How it works:

Datalogs can tell us a surprising amount about the health of your engine. Not only that but by comparing data logs from multiple sensors we can narrow issues down to an exact cause or broken part. This service will provide you with everything you need to successfully data log your vehicle and send the data into us.

Once we have received your data logs our team of diagnostic and tuning experts will begin analyzing and comparing the data to what issues you mentioned your truck having to us. Any abnormalities that we come across including those that are unrelated to your stated issue will be identified and marked on your data logs. Once we have gone over all of the data you will provide us we will make conclusions based on the evidence. In some cases, more testing or work may be needed to fully diagnose the issue.

Once we have come to a conclusion we will create a brief summary of our findings along with any suggestions on what steps should be taken going forward. We will then reach out with a one-on-one phone call to present our findings and any suggestions we may have for you. Along with providing an emailed copy of the report and findings. 

How Will I Data Log My Truck?:

We will provide you with everything you need to get started data logging your truck. You can either rent or purchase one of our diagnostic scan tools from us. This tool will give you the ability to record data coming from dozens of sensors throughout your engine. This is what we will use to identify any potential issues your engine may be facing. 

Data logging can tell us so much about your engine's health. From how much air it's getting to how efficiently it's burning fuel, and even how well your fuel system is keeping up with the demand. To data log your truck using the diagnostics tool provided simply plug the device in and turn on the data logging function. 

Diagnostic Tool Rental:

When renting on of our diagnostic tools you will be charged for the entire price of the tool up front. The diagnostic tool along with a return shipping label will be sent to you in a box. Once you're remote diagnostic results have been sent to you and your service has been completed simply package the diagnostic tool back into the box it came in and ship it back to us using the provided return shipping label. Once we recieve the tool back at our facility we will issue you a refund of 90% of the price of the tool.
