2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax Reman Exergy Injectors 60%

Are you looking for an increase in power without sacrificing drivability or reliability? Well, look no further than Exergy's 60% over fuel injectors!

The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 60% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. There are no shortcuts.

All our Reman injectors are remanufactured by Bosch where all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. Very few parts are reused. In our years of experience these reman injectors have not exhibited an increased reliability risk.

Tuning will be needed for acceptable EGTs and optimum drivability.

Core Return: Exergy requires that all cores be returned within 30 days from original purchase of product. If you fail to return the core(s) within 30 days, you will be charged in full for the core(s) ($150 per injector). Cores that have missing and/or damaged component(s) will not receive credit.
