The LB7 Stealth Mach Hybrid Turbo is a specialized, stock-appearing direct-replacement turbo for your 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 LB7 6.6L Duramax, with features you won't find anywhere else. Specifically designed for Sled Pulling and Compound Turbo applications due to its unique configuration. This turbo features all the guts of Duramaxtuner's most powerful (67mm) Mach 2 turbo, but with a slight tweak: using their smaller 63mm Air grabber compressor wheel. This was done to create the most optimized primary compound turbo offering on the market. This turbo is also a great option for those limited to a 64mm compressor wheel due to competition regulations and who want to make the most out of their top-end performance. The Stealth Mach Hybrid does all this in a liquid-cooled package protected by 360-degree thrust bearings.

While upgrades found in the Mach 2, such as the extra-large turbine wheel, are not ideal for low-end power or spool-up, the improvement in flow that it offers can directly increase top-end performance. This increase in flow is also ideal for transferring as much of the additional exhaust-gas energy as possible to the turbine of a secondary turbo in a compound setup. Further helping to increase the efficiency and performance of compound turbo setups. Increased exhaust-side flow from upgrades such as a turbine wheel upgrade and a ported exhaust housing can significantly help manage EGTs under load.

Aided by insight from the tuning experts at DuramaxTuner’s experience with the 6.6L Duramax platform and how it responds to tuning adjustments, changes in airflow, and increased power, was a crucial component in building you the perfect primary compound turbo.
