2001-2016 Duramax Drivers Side High Flow Exhaust Manifold
The driver's side exhaust manifold on 2001-2010 Duramax engines features a restrictive kink that dampens and limits engine performance. Later models such as the 2011-2016 LML addressed this issue by using a less restrictive manifold. The manifold that we provide takes that design and makes it accessible to 2001-2016 Duramax owners. This part is a direct bolt-on and will not require any other modifications to fit your truck. However, some factory hardware may need to be re-used during installation.

- The stock exhaust manifold heat shield will not fit with this manifold installed. However, the stock heat shield from a 2011-2016 Duramax will fit if you would like to run one.
