WC Fab Stage 2 High Flow Intake Kit: 

The Stage 2 upgrade for the 2017-2019 L5P 6.6L Duramax provides increased airflow for your turbo and engine for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. This kit eliminates the weak points of the factory design that can contribute to lost power, boost leaks, and complete failures in hard-working and high-performance applications.

On the air intake side, our high flow fabricated intake pipe, intake horn, and air box enclosure with dry filter assembly replaces the restrictive plastic factory parts on 2017-2019 L5P Duramax Diesel for improved engine performance and sound. After the turbo, our Stage 2 kit also upgrades the restricted 2-piece, resonator equipped, 2.5 in. diameter driver (Hot) side intercooler pipe and leak-prone 2-piece plastic / rubber passenger (Cold) side pipe with WCFab's heavy duty 3 in. diameter 1-piece Driver (Hot) Side and 3.5 in. diameter Passenger (Cold) Side L5P Intercooler Pipes.

L5P Stealth 64 Turbo: 

This stock-appearing drop-in turbocharger features Stealth's exclusive HFV technology! HFV or High Flow Vane technology is a proprietary customization and enlargement of the variable vane cage and nozzle ring assembly. This advancement allows the use of a larger turbine wheel for maximum high-load efficiency. Stealth turbos featuring our HFV upgrade are capable of producing more power, spooling up quicker, and managing EGTs better than those limited with factory nozzle rings. Your truck is going to experience increased performance across a wide operating range due to our HFV assembly, oversized turbine wheel, and billet compressor wheel. We have made up to 650 RWHP when matching this turbo with our Custom Emissions Equipped Tuning. This stock-appearing unit still lights quickly and performs great while daily driving, towing, or putting a Powerstroke in its place.

Stealth 64 L5P Anti-Surge Ring:  

Aftermarket intake air horns have a larger inside diameter compared to stock. This helps to keep the turbo well-fed, and doing so is extremely important for the life of your turbos. This helps protect against surge along with providing the best possible airflow. Running a stock L5P Intake Horn Anti-Surge Ring is essential for the performance and health of any 2017, 2018, or 2019 Silverado / Sierra 2500 or 3500 L5P Duramax. These kits include new studs, an O-ring, and nuts needed for installation.

WC Fab Traction Bars: 

Traction bars are a necessary upgrade when increasing the horsepower on your diesel truck to prevent the axle from twisting, which can lead to broken u-joints, driveshafts, and even twisted axle housings. Our traction bar brackets bolt onto the bottom of the axle tube via the axle u-bolts and weld to the frame on the front end. We use a high-quality RockJock rebuild-able, and grease-able; Johnny Joint” heim connection at the frame to adjust torsion on the axle or if you raise/lower the rear of your truck. 

This kit comes with either 60" or 68" long bars for either Regular Cab Long Bed, Extended Cab Short Bed, and Crew Cab Short Bed Models or Extended Cab Long Bed and Crew Cab Long Bed Models. Please make your selection when placing an order accordingly.

• If the vehicle has been lifted tie rods may need to be altered to the lift kit manufacturer's specifications. This product will NOT work with Fabtech lift kits due to their proprietary spindle design that utilizes their outer tie rod.
• All Dmax XD tie rods come pre-greased at shipment, do not over-grease! Damage to boots may occur. Damage resulting from installation will not be covered under warranty!
• Some applications may require aftermarket sway bar end links. We recommend the Kryptonite sway bar end links for additional clearance of the bigger tie rod body.
• This product will NOT work with Fabtech lift kits due to their proprietary spindle design that utilizes their outer tie rod.
