SPADE King
The SPADE King (Standalone Programming And Diagnostic Equipment) makes the highest quality tunes on the market available in a simple to use OBD style flash tool. The tunes represent the best in drive-ability, reliability, and power. The SPADE system is the first hardware to ship pre-loaded with tunes of this caliber. Requires no emailing, laptop usage or other tomfoolery.
The SPADE has the ability to scan trouble codes and log data for analysis. The Jack SPADE is designed to maximize performance retain reliability on trucks equipped with a stock transmission.

Using TCM tuning in conjunction with our ECM tuning yields the ultimate combo for consistency and driveability. Our updates improve torque converter clutch engagement routines, improve shift feel, and minimize defuel. This product is recommended on all Duramax trucks equipped with the Allison trans.
LB7 Stealth 64 Turbo
Supports up to 640RWHP! The only stock appearing, liquid-cooled, 360-degree thrust drop-in style LB7 turbo on the market today!
It’s still a direct drop-in, bolt-on stock appearing replacement but with features, you won’t find anywhere else. The LB7 Stealth 64 improves power, towing potential and overall performance through the use of a custom-designed high flow turbine assembly and 7075 billet compressor wheel. We do all this in a liquid-cooled package protected by 360-degree thrust bearings.
The larger turbine assembly allows for lower drive pressure, creating a better balance between boost and drive (exhaust backpressure). This improved balance under heavy load means more efficiency and power at a given boost number, resulting in lower EGTs under heavy load. Overall peak power is also improved, where the LB7 Stealth 64 would normally support 600-610 HP, the LB7 Stealth 64G2 now pushes the envelope to 640HP. You’re not going to find all of these features anywhere else in the aftermarket in a truly stock-appearing, bolt-in IHI turbocharger.
LB7 Stealth 64 technology takes our LB7 Stealth 64 and improves every element of it – including the sound. The LB7 Stealth 64 is designed to take the stock long block LB7 as far as possible with stock connecting rods – that’s up to 640 rear wheel horsepower.
To set a strong forward trajectory on our turbo program we’ve aggressively brought as much of the development and build processes in-house. Our machinists and builders are enthusiasts who are empowered to look for and actively pursue improvements in design, to hone the product quality at every point in the process.
On the LB7 Stealth 64G2, that means improved tolerances and attention to compressor wheel design. It means sectioning several exhaust housings to ensure consistency in exhaust housing scroll and exducer profile improvements. Every charger is inspected and QC’d before it ships and backed by our Duramaxtuner warranty.
The LB7 Stealth 64 has been on the market since 2013. The LB7 Stealth 64G2 represents everything we’ve learned – coupled with our in-house manufacturing and quality control – to bring the Stealth 64 to the next level.
DT550 Built Transmission
The DT550 built transmission is designed for 2001-2016 Duramax owners that use their trucks regularly. Great for those that tow heavy or just want a more reliable Allison 100 transmission. Our relentless testing of this pre-built Allison transmission means you don't have to worry about getting where you are going.
Our rigid standards for excellence are not limited to just overall strength, this setup is meant for the daily drivers. No harsh shifting or banging of gears. Just smooth, positive shifts and an easy converter lock-up.

If you’re like the rest of us here at Duramaxtuner using our trucks as daily drivers, the added gear helps take the wear and tear off your engine while cruising at high speeds. It keeps your RPMs at the most efficient curve of the rev range, giving it the best ride possible!
In addition to helping keep your truck on the road longer, something you will notice is the added bump in fuel economy. This is especially true for those of us logging long commutes via the highway. Fewer RPMs, the better your fuel economy. Picking up just a little bit goes a long way while putting on the commuting miles. You’ll also notice how much quieter your ride will be when adding our kit to your truck. NVH(Noise, vibration, and harshness) will decrease drastically, giving you a much more enjoyable ride.

The Only Gauge Display You'll Ever Need! As far as gauges go, this unit is the most compact and comprehensive piece we've found. It allows users to set up a personalized gauge screen based on the feedback they want to see.

LB7 Intake Air Horn
01 - '04 LB7 Only This part improves airflow to the turbocharger compressor wheel. Our 530 rwhp LB7 truck made a few 545 rwhp dynos pulls after adding just this part. Noticeable increase in turbo sound. Air horn, install hardware, and instructions included. Install time 1.5hrs (tight squeeze).

Fass 165 Lift Pump
From the factory, the Duramax trucks are not equipped with a pump to push diesel fuel from the tank to the engine. This pump ensures there's always a strong supply of clean diesel fuel to your high-pressure fuel system. Includes a filter and water separator for additional fuel system protection. This pump is mandatory on our higher horsepower applications where fuel starvation can cause a lack of power, poor shifting, and excessive smoke from low fuel rail pressure.
Designed for light-duty trucks while utilizing all the best features of the HD series. Built into a smaller compact version, the Titanium Series offers flow rates up to 260gph. This size difference allows you to tuck the pump closer to the frame for better clearance and less visibility without sacrificing any of the features known to FASS systems. Traction Bars
Nearly every Duramax has a wheel hop issue right off of the factory floor. Even under stock power levels, this wheel hopping can cause extremely costly repairs, including broken driveshafts, broken axle pinion yokes, premature u-joint failure, and the wearing of suspension components. On top of these issues anytime the wheel hops, it is not touching the pavement. If it is not touching the pavement, you’re not getting traction!
Traction bars solve this problem. We offer the Long Horn Fab Shop bolt-on kit and WC Fab weld-on kit.
