06-09 Chevy/GMC Kodiak/TopKick 5-6 Speed Conversion (TCM Bench Flash)

Unlock the 6th gear in your 2006-2007 Chevy Kodiak / GMC TopKick. Your factory transmission has all of the internal components it needs to achieve a 6th gear. The only thing it's missing is the TCM programming required to activate it. Through a simple bench flash, we can program your stock TCM to achive 6th gear along with improving the factory operation of the transmission. 

Adding a 6th gear can improve the reliability and fuel economy of your 2006-2007 Chevy Kodiak / GMC TopKick by reducing engine RPMs at highway speeds. This creats less wear on your internal rotating components and reduces fuel demand. Our Custom TCM Tuning re-calibrates the firmness and timing of shifts, so you’ll be guaranteed to feel the smooth shifts that are missing from the 5-speed Allison. Keeping your truck at lower RPM's while cruising means you’ll also notice how much quieter your ride is after adding our kit to your truck. • Ship your TCM to us for bench flashing
• We will flash our custom tuning on to your stock TCM
• We will ship your fully tuned TCM back to you
