General Manager

Position Summary

The position will lead Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical/Web Support, Administrative and Shipping of Calibrated Power Solutions. This role is the right hand to the President creating revenue growth, brand awareness, marketing strategies, and project management in optimizing the diesel performance outcomes. Additionally, this job works closely with technology consultant(s) to develop, update and maintain our website and internet campaigns. It is the responsibility of this role to accelerate the sales team capability (including outbound selling) and image of CPS brands in the channel.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Direct Sales, Shipping and Administrative Support Departments

● Manage all day-to-day oversight of sales team including interacting with sales team, performance, development, motivation, setting metrics, and achieving goals

● Oversee Shipping operations to ensuring fulfillment of sale cycle including product acquisition, freight, inventory management and logistics

● Responsible for top line revenue and increasing net profits – have integral knowledge and action plans/programs to improve profitability

● Develop marketing campaigns for Duramaxtuner and Cummins to create brand awareness and customer interest

● Direct and manage all technology and website utility including interaction with outside consultant(s)

● Ensure collaboration with Social Media/Video Communications area

● Attend events and shows as company representative and subject matter expert

● Manage schedule to maintain appropriate customer coverage

● Interface with aftermarket automotive retailers in the diesel performance industry developing relationships to build revenue stream and increase brand awareness

● Recognize, evaluate and act upon other market opportunities

● Manage and interact cross functionally to ensure clear communication and smooth operations including departments who are not direct reports

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree

● History of strong business acumen

● 5 years sales experience (full cycle selling)

● 2 years management

● Strong project management skills

● Interest and working knowledge in trucks and cars specifically in the diesel arena

● Working knowledge of ecommerce and computer literate

● Excellent written and verbal communications
